Guest guest Posted October 4, 2007 Report Share Posted October 4, 2007 Sir, I am planning to purchase a green tourmaline for myself..I was goind through the RC site and found that the Green tourmaline costs Rs 1600 per carat and 6 carat gem costs about 10000.I was also going through sir richard shaws site and found that the green tourmaline ring costs about $900 and thats if about 1.3 carats. I was wondering why is there so much difference in the price. Whats the difference between these 2 stones in terms of effect. RC advertises that the GT they sell is flawless and Mr Richard also says the same thing.. Also wanted to know if green tourmaline is better than a emerald in terms of effects.. One final question..
