Ek Shaam Shri Sai ke Naam (An evening in remembrance and celebration of life of Shri Sai Baba of Shirdi)

Your temple cordially invites you along with family and friends to take part in 'Ek Shaam Shri Sai Ke Naam' on August 30th 2009, from 6:00 pm CST at Shirdi Sai Temple, 12N950, IL Route 47, Hampshire, IL 60140 as part of its fifth anniversary celebrations..As part of the event Shraddheya Sri C.B.Satpathy will install an idol of Shri Sai Baba of Shirdi and inaugurate the parayan (reading) room in the temple complex followed by his discourse.

Later in the evening famous playback and classical singer Sri Suresh Wadkar will enthrall the audience with his melodious singing of the gospel of Shri Sai Baba of Shirdi and sing devotional songs to uplift the soul to devotional ecstasy, crying for more.

The event will also feature an international release of Sai Mantram audio album titled “"Tubhyam Namami Sainathaya"” written, composed and sung by Sri C.B.Satpathy and also preview devotional songs from the forthcoming audio album composed and written by him and sung by Sri Suresh Wadkar and others.

Team of Volunteers thank all those who have confirmed their visit to Chicago for the Ek Shaam Shri Sai Ke Naam event to be held in Chicago on August 30th. As sideline to the event, it is being planned that the representatives of the various temples and centers who will be visiting have an opportunity to connect with Revered Satpathyji. It is proposed that those visiting carry a file folder or dossier with their organization details like profile, activities, pictures, planned events, team details, etc for Shri Satpathyjis reading. This will help Sri Satpathyji to connect with various centers in the future and also for the various team members to connect with him on their future visits to India. Those who have not yet confirmed are please adviced to do so asap so that we can plan time allocation.
