Vastu- How far one can go?

 

There is an apparent increase in the number of vastu consultant

ants, and awareness and craze about vastu in the recent years.

 

Vastu deals with design, architecture, directionality, which

direction should be the bed, Puja room Etc.

This is a subjective science with varied opinions.

 

Many people take the personal judgment of someVastu consultant. They

give some prescriptions and some people keep on breaking the walls

and re arranging the things.

 

There is no way one can fulfill all the requirements.

 

More over we do not have full control over the way the house is

built.

 

The apartment living, rental houses, people living above and below

us, in multistoried buildings, Lack of contact with mother earth-

Not much we can do about it.

Many times we do not know the history of the people who lived

before in that house or apartment (bankruptcies, financial

difficulties, were they happy?

Any untimely deaths? quarrels, family disharmony etc)

 

 

The modern construction from the last century includes a toilet next

the bed room and living room .The modern plumbing where the water

instead of flowing in a sinuous curve flows in a pipe bent at 90

degree angles.

 

I will try to write up what people of Indian origin from different

states are doing in USA

And people of different religions like Christians, Jews do here in

USA and about dowsing

Whether it is from Ganges or the sacred water of Lourdes or other

types of energy water. is common to Hindus and Christians.Some

people are using spray bottles , and spraying the mist in all rooms

and in the periphery of the house.

 

Sprinkling of salt in the periphery of the house.

Common in the new age people. With the belief salt will take away

all the negative energies.Some keep salt in a bowl in the main

living area for few days.
