The two are some of the factors that influence whether they are rich or poor. Its God's Will too. Yes we are all sad when we saw the scale of hardship that the earthquake has resulted in, and at last count 12,000 people were dead. This is the reality of life and natural disasters. We can be alive today and the next day life can be seized from us. Its important to try and live each day happily. Regarding the victims and children from China's earthquake, there are many charitable organizations that are offering help and the government of China has put this crisis a priority too.
