Guest guest
Thank you Very Much Ramesh and Narsimhayeji. I will try to drop it in the sea if giving to a pandit in the temple is not feasible..For now I just decided to keep in the altar without anyone touching the same.. Thanks Rajesh--- On Thu, 29/5/08, cool guy <coolguy_realcool wrote: cool guy <coolguy_realcoolRBSC : To Rajesh / Parad Date: Thursday, 29 May, 2008, 9:28 AM Dear Rajesh This has reference to your email regarding Parad Shivling. In South India, when any Shivling or other religious articles breaks or gets damaged we drop it in a river or the sea. Since the mercury may contaminate the water in a river which is used for drinking purposes, I suggest you drop it in the sea if one is conveniently located. Otherwise, the idea suggested by Narsimhayeji, is also what we do here. Regards Ramesh Iyer Bring your gang together. Do your thing. Find your favourite Group. Bring your gang together.
