Guest guest Posted June 17, 2008 Report Share Posted June 17, 2008 Pastlife regression if done by an expert can be helpfull in identifying root causes for many of our phobias and unexplained fears or compulsive behaviours.Misery in this lifetime for a perfectly nice human being may be because of  some of his deeds in past life. If they are attoned properly, it can help you get a fresh start in this lifetime. Some of my friends have benifitted from pastlife regression in comming to terms with their present situation and in rectifying them.In my own case, it was not the typical regression but a competent astrologer helped in identifying the root causes of a problem with was associated with past life.My parents were strugling to find a suitable bride for me for several years (4+ years) but all efforts went useless. This was despite our family being well positioned, and me being an MBA with a nice job. Our astrologer identified it as Sumangali Shapam (curse of a married woman) Apparently I had been into mischief with some married woman in my past life... and earned her wrath which folowed me into this lifetime.After completing some  simple remedial measures.. it was surprising that I got hitched in a few months time... So i would say past life regression is not such a bad thing at all.
