Guest guest
Greetings again: You are most welcome. Normally, I would not share but you seem to be in a position of breakthrough. The book I mentioned has been a constant joy throughout my life. The blessing of Kriya is that some of the techniques do not require any robust action or even to sit upright. Indeed, over time it brings some side-benefits such as health and increased strength. However, I must note that since Rudraksha came into my life, the inner voice has always come to the fore at the right moment, and brought the required information through different sources.. You obviously are in safe hands and I wish you well.
