Anil ji, The combination you suggest seems really wonderful.However, if you do decide to go for the "Light of God" Mala (or, should I say: If the "Light of God" mala decides to sanctify your being), your Upa guru will be guided very well by it so as to ensure that you are not "knocked out!!" The assimilation can happen slowly by placing on altar/ wearing for little time everyday/ or just wearing 1 day, or even alternate days of the week...you will know. And then a day comes that you feel incompletely dressed without it! Please do not be scared of this mukhi or any others-- is my two cents.Om Namah Shivaya.
