Hi Girish, Namaskar;

Puja can be done for Navaratna mala once a month or every 3, 6 or 9 months depending on how busy your schedule is. Place the mala on a plate. Offer 9 different colors of flowers, some fruits, unsalted nuts, white sesame seeds, black sesame seeds, milk, honey, curd, rosewater, 9 types of sweets (doesn't matter what color), oil lamp, incense and also burn some googal. Begin with shloka in praise of Lord Ganesha. Then chant Navgraha mantra:

Om Suryae Namah, Chandrae Namah, Budhae Namah, Brahaspatiae Namah, Mangale Namah, Shukrae Namah, Sani Ae Namah, Rahu Ae Namah, Ketu Ae Namah, Navgarahe Namah.

If you prefer, you can chant Navgraha Stotram :
