shani shankh (conch shell)

Dear Sir,

 

Thanks for the message, but is not clear to me how the shani shankh to be used.

I bought a Shani Shankh few days back. The seller told me that once you should

do mustard oil abhishek of Shani Bhagwan with this conch at a temple and then

leave it at the temple. Another person told me to get it its pran-pratishtha and

keep it at household puja ghar. So I am confused. What is the right procedure to

use it for appeasement of Lord Shani?
