Thank you for answering my question, Respected Narasimhaye.

 

I have also used strings of gem chips as garlands, trying to match them to the

Deities, using mostly my own limited knowledge and intuition. This is one of

the ways my devotion is expressing itself at this time. My natural inclination

is to bhakti expressed toward Divine Mother and Mahadeva. I am so glad that

there are more and more avenues for information and items used in worship in the

US. I am grateful for your always kindly advice and for Rudra Centre which

helps to keep me in touch with my spiritual path.
