RBSC : To GN / Advice regarding 14 mukhi

To GN

its important to chant

before sleeping at night. chant the Gayatri and Mrityumjaya mantra...

it will surely help in preventing nightmares... so pls chant.

9 mukhi rudraksha will help keep negative forces at bay.

Foot soaking is a excellent method to remove black energy hovering around your

energy field.

Take a pail of water, put three or four table spoons of SEA SALT (not common

salt). Sit down on a chair, place both feet in the pail for about 15 mins. good

to listen/chant/sing devotional songs, mantras, etc. After 15 mins, remove feet

from pail of water, wipe your feet dry and throw the water away (best to flush

it in the toilet).

salt crystals sucks away negative energy so pls do not use the same pail for

personal use. visit www.spiritualresearchfoundation.com for more info.

Namah Shivaya
