Its because wearer's body chemicals such as sweat is not compatible with panchdhatu or even wearing eight metals. Next course of action, please contact Rudra Centre to ask about re-capping in silver. Please send enquiry to: /sendEnquiry.php I'm sure Rudra Centre will help you with capping in silver. Please don't be shy about asking them.
