Guest guest
Namaste Jagannathan, Some genuine rudraksha float on water and others do not. Testing by floating in water is not conclusive in determining whether a bead is genuine or not. For more information about rudraksha, please read the book written by Sri K.N. Seetha who is the founder of Rudra Centre: /dispProduct.php?power-of-rudraksha-by-kamal-seeth\ a & prodId=174 Please also read the next 2 following messages that teaches us about rudraksha. Some say that a genuine rudraksha floating on water is due to the fact that rudraksha beads from unripe fruits will float on water. Some hold the view that such beads are usless. > > Beads from Rudraksha fruits which dry up on the tree itself are Best. Rudraksha fruits will grasp Solar power and Cosmic energy as they ripen. They gain Magnetic field as they dry up. Hence, rudraksha beads from Unripe fruits and Ripen fruits which fell on the ground are of lower quality. > > Please lend me your view on this Narasimhaye Ji. > > Thanks & Regards > Jagannath >
