Heera Shankh and Hakeek Mala

Hello Namaskar.

 

I am very new member and please pardon my ignorance on any questions.

 

Your reply suggested that Heera Shankh's japa should be done by white agate

mala. The site .com seems to suggest to use Sphatik mala. Is

there a difference between the two ? if so which one is the preferred mode.

 

I would appreciate your help in this.
