I reckon any devotional/mystic article brings good luck. Did you enquire whether people working on the car spotted the rudraksha, or it vanished after you got back? It is very strange.I would strongly recommend drive carefully and avoid anything that distracts attention. Mystic things will continue showing their charm so replace what you miss. Rudrakshas never show any bad effect if not fake/broken (as people say).
