CHAPTER 37 You

can lock a bird in a cage, but once the cage is opened, the bird will

find its way out to fly. A lion can be captured, but once released, it,

too, will kill its own master that once fed him. Capturing the helpless

by force will not make you the master. A master is one that takes

himself out of the cage of bondage of the mind, intellect and ego, and

offers his heart with purity to all, attracting and enslaving them with

his unconditional love and his courage to rise above all, by being

content with all, at all times. The

world, My dears, will never change until the change begins in you. All

within must change, your process of "control" must convert to the

process of change. Fears that are merely controlled, will, one day,

come out of hiding, making thoughts unclear and insane. Yes! It is time

your fears began their process of change. Change them with faith. Faith

in your courage to withstand life's ups and downs, faith in the

existence of God, faith that your fears are the lack of knowledge of

your true identities. Change must come, control must go. You can

control your anger, Oh but only for a while, and then when control

slips, you become the gun that fires the bullet mercilessly at innocent

victims. Anger must be controlled, it, too, must slowly begin to

change. Anger must be changed to patience, to tolerance, to

understanding, and to forgiveness. Change must come with practice, with

determination, and with the constant companionship with God. Selfishness,

too, must begin its change. Take from others, and remember, you have

taken the self away, forever. Learn! Try! Push yourselves to give! Give

away all, only to receive the bliss of contentment and the prize of

peace. What you hold on to, today, are the cause of your fears and

anxieties, the reason of your envy and jealousy, and are the ties to

karma. This cycle of karma must end! The change must come today, now in

this very birth! This transformation must occur! You must welcome God

in your lives. With every change, His presence will be clearer, His

voice will be louder, and His commands will be more precise to you, and

His love will, slowly, begin to take every form that you recognize. The

change has started when God becomes a part of you, and the change has
