Need advice reg. Taxi from Mumbai Airport to Shirdi

Can anyone please furnish me with the following information:

My wife and I will need a return taxi service from the airport to Shirdi on the

16th december 2008.Is it worth to take take a prepaid taxi or private taxi

service?and what are the costs for return journey.
