Guest guest
CHAPTER 76 You make several resolutions each day - the resolution to change towards truth, simplicity, righteousness, but each time you meet with failure and disappointments that speak of your weakness, that depict the lack of self discipline, you avert the catastrophe of your own responsibility and with ease, you place the blame on God for not being cooperative with your so very sincere efforts. Such a resolution is only a mockery of change. Yes! A person that would like to conquer the world while still staying asleep. A house that is only a ruin today cannot be erected to its original beauty, by one man, in one day. Hence your effort to make a change may start today, but the effort to make the real change from the "actual you" to the "perfect you" will take several tries, will take the graceful acceptance of several failures, will take the determination to succeed, taking full responsibility of blame and giving the Lord the gift of credit for your success that is possible only with His grace. Do not believe the change to be a favor to Me or to anyone you love - No! The change, My dears, must come from you, and only then will the change truly occur.Let anger not enter the doorway in your new home of change. To change, you require a mental attitude that is stable and not inflammable, for anger, O sweet, washes the efforts as though they did not even exist. Change requires faith and patience in one's own ability. The task has started with your effort, and the task will smile with completion, only with your effort, My dears. Know that the change is slowly occurring in you, and do not be frustrated when the effects of the change are not recognized or accepted. See Me as the only witness and the only cause of change. If your nature today is untruth, then several untruths will be spoken before the change of one truth appear. You will experience joy in your first step of success - Yes! In the very first truth you utter with courage - but let not this first victory weaken you to slacken in your efforts, to be able to taste several more successes that lay ahead. Pride is the obstacle that stands before you to stumble upon in every success of change that you may taste. Be alert, and do not let this shadow of ugliness follow you in your new chosen route. The path of change is not smooth or even, for a certain part of the road may be easier than the other. Know that, and do not limit this change to a time period - it will only restrict you, My dears, and will build the pressure on your weak minds that will only crumble and fail to give you strength. The habits that have formed to be your nature will not leave you so easily, so be prepared to live in constant duality and confusion, until each habit breaks with the slashing whip of your hand that punishes your weakness to move away from you, forever. The comfort, enthusiasm, and strength of change will only come, when you will know and have faith that throughout your journey, I will walk with you, I will talk to you, and I will hold your hand. Remember, your faith can bring Me to you at any time and at any place! The hand of perfection stretches out to you today to motivate you, guide you, and with all its love, carry you across the borders of agitation to the new land of peace - a land where perfection truly lives and is not a mere fantasy!- Divine Messages received and recorded by Mrs Seema M Dewan(Copyright reserved by the Author)
