Guest guest
1. The first zero appears when Sai cuts off His devotee from all his kith and kin. ‘‘No mother, no father, no brother, no sister.’’ He says, ‘‘Mata Naasti, Pita Naasti, Naasti Bandhu Sahodarah.’’ The devotee should readily yield to such expurgation and yet look to the Lord. 2. Not being satisfied at this show of devotion, The Lord brings him face to face with second zero, namely the deprivation of the basic necessities of life, food, clothing and shelter. Rendered thus homeless and hungry, he should still cling to His lotus feet and call out for Him. 3. The Lord still feels that His devotee has to undergo the third zero—The reputation of the devotee and his character is questioned by the world. Thus, the devotee is now robbed of his most cherished possession, namely his reputation. Yet in spite of all this, if he still manages to have his unswerving steadfast faith to God, and cries out for Him. Swami said ‘‘I shall bless him with the greatest of all gifts —— Myself.’’ Om Sai Ram Get the freedom to save as many mails as you wish. Click here to know how.
