Hope future also required such type of inter-center involvement from other centers, which will help to understand the Jeddah devotees about the other centers function setup and motivation of Sai Baba message”. Thank you for the nice report, Bro. K.P. Rajan. We hereby request members from other centers to refer names of their friends in Jeddah who may be interested in being active in our Jeddah SAI center. Riyadh centre held the weekly Satsang on Friday, 8th of February 2008 at 9 am followed by Study circle. More than 40 people attended the Bhajan session. Bro Ravi continued reading from Shirdi Sai Sricharitah. Bro. Packy took the aarthi. Next week (Thursday 14th Feb) is a Mahila Bhajan. I request those members who do see this risnet posting to enquire with other members as to who is not accessing it, for whatever reasons. We can thus plan to have print outs of weekly risnet postings for them distributed at the Bhajan. (We cannot reach them now because they cannot see this announcement). Pl inform me in person or via email: sssdgroup A dinner is to be hosted for the forthcoming Mahila Bhajan, so ladies for a change, need not prepare any food at home or for the Bhajan but come and enjoy dinner- courtesy someone who has been relishing your efforts at making the prasadams all these 4 years. Following is an announcement by Bro Packy at the end of the Bhajan. “We need to have a forum or a collection of our members to study the EHV programs and carry out a Brain Storming session so as to prepare a program that we can discuss with Mr. Sebastian, the principal of Al Jasmin School who is also the President of the Gulf Regional Schools. We can thus promote the teachings of Baghavan’s favorite program of EHV to Gulf students (as they did in Thailand and our center did earlier in one school in Riyadh). I request Manisekar to lead the team and to organize it. Others are welcome to help us out. I requested the Bala Vikas Gurus to organize various competitions among the children Kingdom wide on Art, Essay etc, in preparation for the Eswarambah Day. Sister Rama Suresh may please take care of it. Sai Retreat (with guests from other centers) has been tentatively planned for the weekend 3rd and 4th April. Sister Rama Suresh is requested to find out from the Istra (Lodge) for arrangement. Brother Sampath has volunteered to organize the event. All are requested to cooperate.” In the Study circle, Bro Ravi Chandran (SABIC) concluded the review of Baghvan’s address at the Youth Conference. One important comment raised y Bro Packy merits a special mention: “How can we develop Love towards all?” A discussion followed among the 12 members who were present. An instance of Mother’s love for son/daughter was quoted. However this was analyzed as self-centered (specific to one relationship) and not universal where love flows to everyone. Another point made was “to be open to love” from others as sometimes inability to accept love (of others unconditionally) and this in turn can make them difficult to give love to others as well. This is an important point and members are requested to send in their suggestion as to how best to encourage our members to “develop love for all”. You may also refer/quote to Baba’s various messages or books. We end our 6th posting for 2008 here with these Divine Words---- Kshama or forgiveness is identified by the scriptures with truth, righteousness, knowledge, sacrifice and joy. Without fortitude man cannot be happy even for a kshasya (moment). It promotes divine qualities. It reveals inner Divinity. One has to perform spiritual practice to earn it and establish oneself in it. Nourish the idea that God is equally present in all, in spite of ridicule from the ignorant and sarcastic criticism from the blind or even praise from admirers. Do not mind them.
