Sunday, August, 24, 2008: May the blessings of Lord Sai Krishna beautify each moment of your life...This Krishna Janamasthmi... and always. On this auspicious occasion thousands congregated in Sai Kulwant Hall to celebrate Sri Krishna Ashtami in the Divine Presence of Bhagawan Baba. Bhagawan arrived in Sai Kulwant Hall clad in beautiful yellow robe – the Pithambara (yellow garment), characteristic of Lord Krishna.

 

 

 

 

 

 

As is the usual custom of Krishna Ashtami celebrations at Prasanthi Nilayam, Bhagawan fed His pet elephant Sathya Geetha and cows from the Gokulam Dairy. Bhagawan then came on to the dais and was seated there listening to students songs program. After the Krishna Ashtami morning programme Swami accepted Arati at appx.11.05 a.m. Krishna Ashtami prasadam was distributed to all inside the Sai Kulwant hall
