There were six hundred and five (605) individual entries from seventeen different countries. The countries include Australia, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Germany, India, Ireland, Luxembourg,, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Singapore, Switzerland, Trinidad & Tobago, UAE, UK and USA.
