Prasanthi Update - Deffered Tamil New Year Celebrations - 24th April

Bhagawan emerged at 1800 hrs. to come for a full round of darshan. Upon completing the round, interacting and blessing a group of doctors from SSSIHMS, Prasanthigram, Bhagawan came onstage at 1815 hrs. to the chants of Vedas.

 

Deferred Tamil New Year celebration was scheduled for the evening and the 'stage' was set for a musical evening.. In next five minutes, Bhagawan blessed the "children artistes" for the evening before the commencement of the programme at 1820 hrs.

 

Invoking Lord Ganesha with a Ganesha Stuthi these Balvikas children from Chrompet Samithi, Chennai produced a Carnatic evening in the Divine presence singing an array of songs with great dexterity and devotion. Half way into the programme Bhagawan called some of these children onstage, blessing them, encouraging their enthusiastic effort. This programme was followed by a short stint of bhajans by students before Arathi was offered at 1920 hrs.

 

Upon accepting Arathi, Bhagawan again interacted with the children artistes before moving off the stage to retire to Yajur Mandiram at 1930 hrs.

 

Vishu, Kerala New Year, celebrations are scheduled for Sunday evening in the Divine presence.
