Shiva on Mt Kailash

with snowy script

has written the Om

in sacred Sanskrit

 

He has sifted flakes

onto recesses carved

by Parvati's prayers

and Tibet's holy scarves

Inevitably the Avatar

is melting away every abbatoir

 

MORNING STAR

 

In lavender dawn

The Morning Star

A dewdrop in the

Hair of the Avatar

 

ATTAR OF JASMINE

 

Creator of all petals

is the Avatar

His endless aura imbued

with jasmine attar

He plucks

nary a flower star

... but all blooms are His

... near and far

 

The lullabies

He sings to lilies

and lilacs

become the leela

of their beemagnet

scents.

 

He lives where lands

are warmed

by the rays of Surya

...He dwells in the hearts

of all beings

 

APOLLOS AND APHRODITES

 

All devas and ganas

All apollos and aphrodites

are magnetized to His eyes..

and His Afro mighty.

 

POORNAVATAR

 

In the cosmic mirror

of the Poornavatar

described himself

the reflected pornagrapher

while in the same cosmic mirror

in the Poornachandra

another was sent

into poornananda

 

BABA'S GREEN ROBE

 

So often Swami

you are clothed in

orange..

1 day a year in white

... but every day

around the world

you wear Your leafy

green robe..

 

BOBOLINK

 

The songs of bobolinks

are bright Baba Links

Each Name of Baba

Is a Baba ling

... sweetsounding portals

to realms immortal.

 

VIBHUTHI AND COMMUNION

 

She was raised as a Catholic

and was a follower of Baba.

She knew that Jesus was

one with the Father...

and when she took Communion

she combined white host

and grey vibhuti.

 

DIAMONDS FOILED BY BLACK VELVET

 

tiny white snow flakes softly

settle and melt into the ultraviolet

sea of Baba's hair..

 

as He receives

into His infinite seas
