The

Sadhaka (spiritual aspirant) who wants to attain Shanti (peace) has to

constantly practise a virtuous life, overcoming all the initial

obstacles. Shanti is like a mountain rock. It can stand up against the

continuous floods of temptation from evil. This Prashanti (supreme

peace) need not be sought anywhere outside. It emanates from the

Antahkarana (inner self) itself.
