“Knowledge without Action is useless,Action without knowledge is dangerous.”

Swami has created an environment of academic excellence and has constantly encouraged students to take up higher education. He implores us to convert knowledge into a tool useful to society. The state of the art techniques used in our Institute’s curriculum for teaching and research, the library which is truly a bibliophile’s delight, the quality and the qualifications of His chosen teachers, stand testimony to the importance given by Him to imparting knowledge. His parental concern about our academic performance has encouraged us to achieve outstanding results year after year.

Rabindranath Tagore dreams echoed in his verse “Where the mind is without fear and the head is held high, where knowledge is free…….” find fruition at His institutions where quality education is imparted.

“Students! Remember that all those whom we are accepting now as leaders, whom we respect as holding positions of authority, whom we worship as elders, were some years ago students like yourselves. Therefore, you in your turn will be the leaders, power-wielders and elders of tomorrow”

Swami’s words as always are prophetic. We increasingly find Sai Students living up to fulfilling these words in their respective domains. They hold distinguished positions as academicians, administrators, bureaucrats, bankers, consultants, doctors, engineers, researchers,……… in various blue-chips, institutions of international repute and multinationals.

There is tremendous potential for each of us to continue to collaborate in our respective domains of expertise and work in tandem to further our competence. There also exists the opportunity for all of us to show our gratitude to our Alma by increasing the levels of alumni – alma mater interaction. Knowledge being in a state of continuous progressive change, there is always a pressing need to keep ourselves abreast. This forum can help facilitate this objective as also keep our peers updated.
