Guest guest
Veda Patanam in Dharmakshetra Sairam I am assuming many of you must be aware of the Veda Patanam at Dharmakshetra. What is Veda Patanam? This is similar to Nagarsankeetan with a difference that instead of singing of bhajans Vedas would be chanted. When: Daily How long: It starts at 7:10 am and goes on till 7:40 am. Where: Dharmakshetra. Starts from inside Sathyadeep (in the top), a parikrama is done of Sathyadeep we walk down towards Jalaan Mantap, then pass through the outside of gents entrance to Shanthideep and climb up the steps leading to Sathyadeep. Who: All male members are welcome. It is not that only those who can chant veda need to be present. Why: Something that is to be experienced and not explained. I have observed that in the past one month those who are coming regularly have started chanting of the vedic hymns such as purushasuktham. Sairam Mani Add more friends to your messenger and enjoy!
