जà¥à¤žà¤¾à¤¨ के तीन चरण हैं: जनना, सà¥à¤œà¤¨à¤¨à¤¾ और विजनना। दà¥à¤¨à¤¿à¤¯à¤¾ के विशà¥à¤²à¥‡à¤·à¤£ के दà¥à¤µà¤¾à¤°à¤¾ पà¥à¤°à¤¾à¤ªà¥à¤¤ की जà¥à¤žà¤¾à¤¨ है जनना। जब इस जà¥à¤žà¤¾à¤¨ का गहन अधà¥à¤¯à¤¯à¤¨ किया जाता है और वà¥à¤¯à¤•à¥à¤¤à¤¿ समाज के हित की सेवा के लिठइसका अभà¥à¤¯à¤¾à¤¸ किया जाता है, वह सà¥à¤œà¤¨à¤¨à¤¾ या लाभकारी जà¥à¤žà¤¾à¤¨ बन जाता है। जब शà¥à¤§à¥à¤¦ चेतना से दिवà¥à¤¯ गà¥à¤£à¥‹à¤‚ से तृपà¥à¤¤ लकà¥à¤·à¥à¤¯ और तीवà¥à¤° इचà¥à¤›à¤¾ उतà¥à¤ªà¤¨à¥à¤¨ होती है वह विजनना या

सरà¥à¤µà¥‹à¤šà¥à¤š बà¥à¤¦à¥à¤§à¤¿ या जà¥à¤žà¤¾à¤¨ है। बà¥à¤¦à¥à¤§à¤¿à¤®à¤¤à¥à¤¤à¤¾, बà¥à¤¦à¥à¤§à¤¿, अंतरà¥à¤œà¥à¤žà¤¾à¤¨ - ये तीनों मनà¥à¤·à¥à¤¯ के विचारों और कारà¥à¤¯à¥‹ पर नियंतà¥à¤°à¤£ करते हैं। ये à¤à¤• दूसरे के संपूरक है। ~ बाबासाई सà¥à¤®à¥ƒà¤¤à¤¿
