Madgaon and Mangalore): Train No.0446 New Delhi – Kochuveli Superfast Special will leave New Delhi at 08.40 hrs. on Tuesdays from 9.6.2009 to 30.6.2009 and arrive Kochuveli at 16.30 hrs. on Thursdays.Train No.0445 Kochuveli – New Delhi Special will leave Kochuveli at 23.30 hrs. on Thursdays from 11.6.2009 to 2.7.2009 and arrive New Delhi at 05.30 hrs. on Sundays. The composition of the trains will be one AC two-tier, one AC three-tier, eight sleeper coaches, four general second class and two luggage cum brake van coaches.The trains will stop at Agra Cantonment, Gwalior, Jhansi, Bhopal, Itarsi, Khandwa, Bhusaval, Manmad, Kalyan, Panvel, Ratnagiri, Madgaon, Karwar, Udupi, Mangalore, Kasargod, Kanhangad, Payyanur, Kannur, Tellicherry, Vadakara, Kozhikkode, Tirur, Kuttipuram, Shoranur, Thrissur, Alwaye, Ernakulam junction, Allapuzha, Kayankulam and Quilon. Yeddyurappa has urged Railway Minister Mamata Banerjee to run the special train 0685/0686 between Yeshwantapur and Shirdi, operated on Tuesdays, as a daily service, as more people from the State travel to Shirdi frequently.The Chief Minister, who is leading a 16-member ministerial delegation here, called on Ms. Banerjee and Minister of State for Railways K.H. Muniyappa, told them that Karnataka did not have good rail connectivity to most of the districts.
