The Medical Center at KFUPM is seeking services of a female Information Technology (IT) Support Specialist to work in the Medical Center . The person will help users within Medical Center use the Medicare information system and the Oracle E-Business Suite. Wives or daughters of KFUPM employees holding Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or a related field are kindly requested to send their resume to raed.pmo or fax to 7087.

 

Brief job description for the above position is as follows:

 

 

responsible for providing support and maintenance for an existing medical application by making modifications as required

analyzing and developing/enhancing application

resolving and identifying bugs in the application identify and communicate technical problems, and solutions Prepare reports, manuals and other documentation on the status operation and maintenance of software data entry for lab results preparing purchase requisition for the department assisting the medical administration in different miscellaneous activities needed by the medical department like filing, writing memos, making maintenance requests etc.

 

Environment: Programming experience in VB 6.0 (forms/ data reports) and Oracle SQL, ER data modeling is desired. Candidates with experience in health information management systems will be preferred. Working hours for the job is 48 hrs (6 days) a week.
