Hello Everybody,

All the Scriptures and the Books of all the religions, including the

Vedas and Upanishads, basically, are meant to convey only one thing:

That the face Of Truth is hidden (covered) with the golden disc of our

sense perceptions.

All our actions, for good or for bad, intentional or unintentional, are

but a prayer to the same Truth; like the prayer of a sage, " O Truth, do

remove this covering from Your face, so that I, whose religion is also

truth, may see You. "

Such a wonderful poetry!

!Om Shanti Shanti Shanti!

[Madhava Replies:]

Thank you Dr. Shah,

It is very interesting. I remember such kind of prayer from

" ESAvASya upanishad " where the seer says " hiraNmayENa pAtrENa

satyasyApihitaM mukhaM, pushan tvaM apAvRuNu " ... but here the seer is

calling Sun God to remove the golden veil.

Your poem must have another source where the seer is directly asking

the truth to reveal itself. I am very much interested in knowing the

source, could you please quote the source. Thank you very much in advance.

praNAMs,

Madhava
