and Mission " , I came up with the following unfortunate entry:

So, I clicked on it and thankfully, a '404' message came up.

 

Now, when this happens, the best solution, is to go to the

'add URL' feature on the search engine and re-submit the URL.

This will prevent others from being infected by this

spurious propaganda. Here is the message received from Altavista, after I had

re-entered the URL:

A while back, I mentioned the application, to the Indian Government, made by the

Ramakrishna Math and Mission, for 'minority status'.

I was wondering whether this issue had died a natural death, or if an appeal is

in progress.

 

Since I didn't get any info from the other list members,

In the French language, the term 'Hindu' means a south asian

person. He/she could be Christian, Sikh, Mohammedan, Vaishnava,

Shakta, Jain, Buddhist, Sivaite etc. They are all 'Hindus' to

us.

 

Maybe that isn't such a bad idea....what do you say?
