Comment from Tom: Who is Anthony de Mello, S.J.,

and who is the 'Master' that he refers to?

I feel that by

quoting Jesuits on this list, we are antagonizing the

peaceful Spirit of Sri Swami Vivekananda.

Why do I say this? Well; nice to see you back,Jody;

here is a quote

from Swamiji himself:

" I want that there be no hypocrisy, no JESUITISM, no roguery.

I have depended always on the Lord, always on the Truth broad

as the light of day. Let me not die with stains on my

conscience for having played JESUITISM to get up name or

fame, or even to do good. " Letter 19 Nov., 1894 [New York}

Vivekananda

Form this brief statement, one would assume that Vivekanandaji

Mahahraj did not like the methods of Jesuits. Now, whether

or not, I entirely agree, on this point, with the Blessed Swami,

I will still

respect his meeting place, by not quoting Jesuits.

From what I understand, our Exalted Brother Narendranath did not

like fanaticsm in any shape or form. In that, I entirely agree !

Fanaticsm starts with the preconceived notion that people are

stupid.

When the Divine Mother dwells in all, how can people be stupid?

So, please Jody; so nice to feel your bubbling presence; let us

refrain from disturbing the 'Shanthi' of Brother Narendranath's

Generous and Gracious Soul, by bringing around Jesuits with their

unknown 'Masters'

Hello Everyone !

Swami Yogeshananda Hari Om!

I posted a message from a young chap in Chittagong who is looking

for Ramakrishna dramas in Bengali. I advised him to write them

himself, by taking a chapter of the Karitamrta at a time.

Each chapter would have enough material for a 3 act play.

But he is inexperienced and requires guidance. If we could

advise him how to obtain copies of these dramas. he would

be very thankful.

By encouraging him, he could, one day, be a famous

Bengali playwrite. Maybe, he will be the future author of

a 'Ramakrishna Epic', that will be placed on film, for millions to enjoy.....who

knows?

So, kind and gentle souls, where can we find this material?

om shanthi om,

Tom
