In all fairness to me, I think everyone should know that Jay asked me to

continue to submit quotes from " Awakening " by Anthony J. DeMello; and I did

so with joy since the words in that little book speak Truth.

 

Early on in the development of this listserv, there was a discussion about

other people with other gurus contributing material by and about their gurus.

I objected strenuously but Jay made it clear that in the spirit of Vedanta

all religions are honored in this listserv. Remember, truth is one! I

honored Jay''s position and came to see the truth of the principle that

Truth is One operating in this listserv.

 

I chose not to respond to your temper tantrums, Tom, since you are not the

owner of this listserv. Jay wrote to me and asked that I continue to send

" The Master Says " series. You must deal with your willfulness and your

discomfort yourself. You have made me a target for your anger on several

occasions on this listserv. You must go within to the REAL SOURCE of your

anger; it is not I. This is an opportunity for you to use the principles of

which we speak to help your personal growth. Lashing out at others and

threatening them is not LIVING the Spirit of the wonderful path we are all

on.

 

I want to establish some ground rules for communicating in this forum. I

suggest that we not get personal with any one individual. If we need to

communicate with someone personally, we write DIRECTLY to that person. This

is truly in the interest of maintaining the purpose for which this listserv

was created. Tom, I suggest you write to me directly if you have something

to say to me about what I post. If you write to me in a threatening way, you

can be assured I will not respond. I also want to suggest that if anyone

has a complaint about another's postings, write directly to Jay, the owner,

and not try to create a war on a listserv dedicated to love and peace.

 

Your " love " for the " Master " has created rage within you, Tom. We must all

deal with our defects of character within ourselves and not expect others to

change to accommodate our wishes.

 

I suggest that we continue to deal with one another in a spirit of love and

peace. I will continue to send " The Master Says " series. If you have a

problem with that, Tom, I suggest you go WITHIN yourself to deal with it, not

OUTSIDE of yourself.

 

I will not respond to any posts regarding this issue. As far as I am

concerned, it is a closed issue.

 

I pray you find peace in this world and that you live in the light of the

love and joy radiating to us and to everyone from our teachers.
