Guest guest
Congratulations!! - All candidates who sat for Hinduism examinations. We have the results for the 88 candidates who sat for the GCSE London University exams on Hinduism. The detailed results can be seen at:- http://www.btinternet.com/~vivekananda/news.htm The results were quite good 67pct passed with A to C grades. London board would normally give out 3 A star grades as very special grades. Our candidates received 3 A stars. The highest mark in the written paper was 89pct! Well done to Nirmala Parmar from the Birmingham class. Our pass results for the Advanced examination results showed 100pct passes. 29pct received A grades. We are the only body in England to make the effort in preparing candidates to sit for these examinations. The courses are quite useful. If any other group in any other part of the world want to participate - please email us. These activities, serve two purposes. (1) It trains the mind to focus on the subtle points of Hindu philosophy. (2) It helps to put across the teachings of Swami Vivekananda to the youngsters. jay
