Guest guest
With practice, the Mantra begins to expand. The awakened Mantra emerges not merely from lips or tongue or throat, but from all directions and all things. It emerges as Upanishads, as science and art. Sometimes it speaks loudly, at other times, it hints silently at the subtle bliss all around. The sounds and the noises gradually flow and merge in the silence of prayers. Many do not believe. Still others are impatient and lack the requisite yearning. Everyone, however, is guaranteed this blessing; the Supreme Teacher has promised to give the Mantra to one and all at the destined opportune time. The jarring notes of disease and suffering, euphoric shouts of victory and success, all would merge in the subtle oneness of the primordial sound: the peaceful expression and name of God, The OM. * Dr. C.
