Guest guest
Some days back i was seiing a movie n in that a person questions does anyone why do ppl give offer money as 1,11,21,31,51,101,1001 n so on. Later i was thinking on it n i realised that in many of the sadhanas the number of rounds of rosaries is the same. I guess it for sure has to do with numerology. Can someone throw a light on it. Guest guest
when u give a gift or donation u always give an odd number so it means that u are not limiting the number. it is infinite because odd number cannot be divided in equal parts unless u put 0 to it. i think infinite equals with God or divine. Guest guest
I think more than avoiding zero, the extra one rupee on the round figure has all the significance. It may be because one relates to the one almighty. Or maybe, the round figure is an addition to the customary one buck symbolic offering going on for ages.
