Hmmm... that could be the case. Yet it's hard to separate the ego and the

mind (when I say the mind, I usually refer to thought, to that faculty that

endlessly divides everything into more and more categories, and

consequently sees more and more separation).

Hate to argue; love to argue; the same! :-)... The capacity to " hate "

anything is the same as the capacity to enjoy. Yet how many people do you

know that neither hate to argue nor love to argue, but simply see the views

of others with dispassion and pure equality, never saying " I agree with

this " or " I disagree with this? "

Yes, I think that's true, but in essence the mind cannot see beyond

dualities, and so there's a general tendency toward argumentation or

disagreement in *some* form or another. That's how wars get started.

The problem probably arises not from the tendency to argue but from the

failure to reason with a good spirit.
