Dear Tim,

 

You say the mind seems to enjoy the excitement of argumentation, but

don't you think a lot of it is that I know what I think and it is right

for me (at the moment), so if I don't understand what you are saying,

you must be wrong? There is also the ego's necessity to be on a higher

rung on the ladder: if I can prove you wrong, that makes me wiser. But,

oh yes, the final answer is to transcend this mind altogether.
