Mystic Introversion

Ancient Samkhya and Vedanta philosophic theories based on the

experiences of 'seers' or 'rishis' of ancient ages give us the

scientific explanation of facts about Mystic Introversion:

 

1) These sages have come to the conclusion that all the manifest

universe is the expression in form of multitude of " quality " of One

" Substance " -the Absolute Universal Consciousness;

 

2) When we perceive 'quality', we fail to know the Substance, and

vice-a-versa;

 

3) The goal of evolution is to realize the Substance as it is, without

any modification as quality viz. name and form;

 

4) It is possible through the control of senses and concentration of

mind, spiritual practices -Sadhana, to effectively realize the state of

Reality as Universal Consciousness;

 

5) During this process various visions and experiences of beatitude come

to the spiritual aspirant -Sadhaka, and he becomes infused with real

knowledge, and incorporates values of universal love, altruism, and

selflessness.

 

6) This is possible and natural because he perceives the same reality

prevalent in every object, both living and non-living; It is, as if, he

identifies himself with the same subatomic particles present in all of

them;

 

7) He proceeds to realize subtle reality in outward grossness; as if he

comes to or becomes the essence of the thing: 'the thing-in-itself'.
