Guest guest
Before Mantra Anushthaan a knowledgeable saadhaka recites " Hari Om " 3 times with full voice n concentration. His doing of such an act is accorin to vedaas too. According to vedaas a faulty recitation of Mantraas and Vedic richaas becomes a sin (Mahaapaatak). Even if the Saadhak is full alert n cautious saadhak still one can can commit mistakes (Recitation of mantra is not clear or the recitation is faulty) in recitation of mantraas beacuse of laziness or the lack of concentration in Saadhanaa. In order to avoid this pausible mistake rishis have advised and said that the recitation of " Hari Om " before and after the mantraa Saadhanaa is right and necessay. It's important and necessary that the mind be fully concentrated on the recitation of mantra. It's only then that one gets the desired results. The 3 times recitation of " Hari Om " in full breath takes the saadhak in to a state of Dhayaana and due to this state Saadhak can easily become one in concentration of long mantraa japa. Also the environment around him also goes in to a state of Dhayana (still) due to this 3times recitation of " Hari Om " . That's why it's necessary that the saadhak should inculde the recitation of " Hari Om " in one's daily Saadhanaa.
