Guest guest
Sleep, hynotism, and meditation seem all same except the difference that in sleep we have no control over mind (but we can gain it), in hypnotism someone else has control over mind and in meditation we have control on our own mind. Our body goes in to sleeping state to gain the vitality. It seems that one of the things that happens during sleep is that we intake prana from the universe in the sleeping state. Guest guest
Dear Anurag I think we always intake prana from the nature through food, water, oxygen etc. It's only that we restore it during sleep because a waking mind in itself is a great exhauster of energy.
