Who am I ?......From where have I came ? .....Where will I go from here ?

Where do I belong ?........

 

... are some of the questions bothering you and several people like you all

over the world. Ancient Indians have tried to seek answers to these questions

in the most fundamental manner. The journey of the search for our roots is

eternal.

 

Yugayatri organises 'ROOTS' - a weekend exposure and initiation to the

exploration of our roots. The initiation will be held at Prashanti kuteeram,

Jigani, Banneraghatta Road, Bangalore between 11th and 13th February 2000.

 

The programme consists of introduction to Yoga, Meditation, Vedas,

Upanishads, Ayurveda, science and technological achievements of Ancient

Indians. The programme will be conducted by highly experienced faculty

members through lectures, interactive seminars and practical demonstrations.

Some of the speakers participating include Shatavadhani R. Ganesh,

Prof. S.K. Ramachanra Rao, Prof. S.N. Balasubramanyam, Dr. N.S. Rajaram,

Prof. K.T. Pandurangi, Na. Krishnappa and others.

 

Yugayathri organises ROOTS - a cultural exploratory initiative for various

groups. The present programme is aimed at working professionals (Engineers,

Doctors, Lawyers etc.) in the age group of 22 to 35.

 

The registration fee for the camp will be Rs. 600/-, covering dormitory,
