PURPOSEFUL STAY IN AMERICA For this, Swamiji worked very hard, holding classes, lecturing both in public and private and rushing from place to place to meet the demands of his lectures. The fact that his message was being warmly received everywhere gave him great satisfaction. He had thousands of admirers and followers and a few among those distinguished men and women were even prepared to be initiated into sanyas to carry on his work.
