Guest guest
Dear Atul, May i say something about it. According to what i understood about " Sudarshan Kriyaa " is that these are breathing exercises which are Pranayama , Advanced Paranayama or modifications in the Pranayama. I can be wrong in my views about " Sudarshan Kriya " as i haven't done Sudarshan Kriya or don't even know the procedure to it's finest details. Pranayama is one of the great exercises. I was reading an article and it said that the awakeking of Kundalini till " Agyaa Chkraa " ( Eye Brow Chakraa ) is nothin but the proper way of breathing. As one advances through different chakraas. The method od Pranayama needs to be modified to which is compatible with that chakra. A person who has awaken kundalini through this way knows this higher ways of Pranayama. I guess this is the similarity which i find between two. On Tue, 21 Mar 2000, Atul Jani wrote: > Dear prashantji, > > I read quotation of Sri Sri Ravi Shankar. Happy to got it. I have recently two month ago completed the BASIC Course of " Art of living " . I am practising " Sudarshan Kriya " regularly. It gives lots of joy & peace. Simultaneously I am studying " Rajyog " of Swami Vivekananda. I found much more similarity between the " Sudarshan Kriya " and " Rajyog " . I found that the " Sudarshan Kriya " is one part of Rajyog. What is your opinion ? > > Atul
