Well done sradandaji and anuragji .., At least let the people be aware that

Western people have time for experimenting with such things ... While our

people don't have any curiosity in knowing the mystery of nature . Western

people ( Especially in US ) have a lot of R & D centre for kundaliny , yoga ,

reiki , crystal , pyramid , many tibetan techniques ...... etc . Recently I

joined one kundaliny- also where a lot of K- awkened people are there .

Almost 99% are western people ( Experience by attending some courses ..) .

Heard many western countries have included the SUDHARSANA KRIYA of sri sri

Ravishankar in the school curriculum ... , while we indians are min .

interested in such things , Because we are busy with hrithik roshan's last film

, the next cricket match , latest news from match fixing , we want to know

everything about the outer kingdom , having zero knowledge of Inner kingdom

.......

Reg . quotations , very good ...continue anuragji .. ..But don't go crazy with

such findings and don't go on reading ..For the last 5 years I spent a lot of

time for reading books ( scientific , spiritual , healing .. ) . But when I

attended OSHO's camp in the last week ( 5 day's silence medtn . camp ) , I

understood that the info . which I got from books are bubbling up during medn

...Diff. beja mantra's , different mudra's effect on different force centres

etc .. So I couldn't meditate properly and when I thought that why I went for

a scientific reasoning , I understood that it is because of pure ego .... Ego

( Which creates a hell lot of blocks in U'r 5 layers ) has to be replaced by

unconditional love , devotion & surrender which will unknowingly lead to state

of medtn . cry .. cry for 10 minutes in a day and U can see unknowingly medn .

happens . that may be the reason why BHAKTHY Marga is known is the easiest way

of realisation . Surrender to one Guru , still U can attend courses by other

gurus ( consider them as U'r friends ) . E.g : My guru is Matha

amrithanandamayi from Kerala ( told as the reincarnation of sarada devi , lot

of similarity between sriramkrishna's and amma's approach ) . I consider

other guru's like Ravishankar , paramahamsa yogananda , osho .. etc as my

friends as I still continue with some of their techniques ..

Some info about Osho's eccentric techniques ( This may help U to experiment ..

) .

He have many centres throughout the world as usual , having daily prctising

different type of meditation . like dynamic

meditation ( 6 steps , daily morning , really superb ) , kundaliny , natraj ,

chakra meditation . I will discuss about Dynamic medtn , which U can

experiment in house with a little difficulty ( U cannot have total commitment )

, Play some hard songs ( like heavy metal , currently i do that way , very

good for peoples of age 20 - 30 , or some good songs of films which U have

never seen).

 

Vigorous breathing ( Osho doesn't insist for any particular order although in

ravishankar's sudharshana kriya ( vigorous breathing , small dose of pranayama

...) they insist .Hoping that U don't have any ego constraints ( How do he dare

to advice me ( to practise a method told by a mad.. man), I've got so much

years of sadhana experiene , a similar thought is coming up , right ?? ) . But

just do it with zero ego , no mind , enjoying in an rhythm with no expectations

( ...yaah just for fun , time pass ) .( Again welcoming criticisms , not to

group , to me only , Because I know only 10 % of U are going to do these ..)

 

# iF u are living with family , pretend that U are a totally eccentric ,

totally unpredictable man in nature , sometimes dancing , singing with children

(it is amzing .. ) again sometimes in complete silence in a closed room ..( Ego

of a serious spiritual man should vanish )

Step 1 only ( duration 10 - 15 minutes , dose 2 times a day , just for one

week , just for U .. after that throw it away if U don't like it .. , After

bath , before food )

Be alone in a room , doors , windows closed ( As U like , depending up on U'r

ego constraints , disturbance to others ). play any interesting music ( Film

of which U have never seen ) so loudly that nothing disturbs U, Now start

violent breathing along with the rhgythm of music ..( hm , hm , hm

...something like sneezing as deep as possible to left side and then to right

side in a rhythm , if possible do that in an order : 2 minutes slowly , then

fastly , then slowly , with the rhythm of the music , with total commitment ,

in an enjoying way ..Decide that U will stop only after the duration of the

song only .. Do these till U get tired ..Now if possible laugh for 1 minute

.....expelling all the air through mouth . Now lie down on the floor and relax

... ...just observe the body , heart , brain stimulation ,. 2 minutes

savasana .. go on telling U'r self that ( Imp. ) U are relaxing , visualising

each & every small part of body ( Imp ) one by one , frequently observing the

heart beat and the brain pulse ... ,. and at last observe breath ...While

breathing take breath from a little below the naval part not from the heart ..

Enjoy that with it's divine golden colour and divine smell for two minutes .

OK .. more than enough ...

upon the responses ( Please no more responses to Egroup , only to me ...
