Guest guest
These are the external means for comfort and that these external means may not lead to peace and comfort of inner mind. On the other hand when happiness originates from mind then along with it whole world seems to be in joy and happiness. ..........And this happens when there is SAHAJATA (ease) in life - If you are happy then world is happy. When humming originates from mind its then that one hears the music of the flowing river otherwise it just appears to be a mere flow of river. When our mind is dancing in joy its then that we see the dance in the movements of plants and trees. When mind is set in to some rythm its then that one hears the music of fresh stream in someones laughter otherwise these very laughters pinch in the ears. Everything sounds useless, stressing and rythmless and becomes ASHAJA. Whether we say " Sahaja " or " Lyabadh " (in rythm), there is no difference as both these feelings are dependent on each other. One that is " shaja " will be " layabadh " and laybadhtaa can exist without sahajata. If one wants to bring " sahajata " in life then first layabadhtaa (rythm) should be brought in life and the word which is being popularised a lot these days - " Sahaja Yoga " , this word too within the bounds of yoga in its basic form is " Laya Yoga " . juat as Yoga got converted in to Yogaa and the meaning of yoga became limited to be known as some physical postures in the similar manner the conversion of Laya Yoga in to Sahaja Yoga is the transformation made by people according to their convenience. Because using this medium people became free to hide any behaviour of theirs. This is not the talk of todays world. if it had been of todays world then 450 years before Kabir would have felt compelled to say that - Sahaja sahaja sab koi kahein, Sahaja na chinhei koy | Jin sahajei Vishyaa tyaji, Sahaja kahihei soy || ....... Has any child till now said from his own mouth that he is a child and that's why he is showing the unmatured behaviour. Child doesn't know that he is a child, he is lost in his own hppiness and laughter. in the same manner ones who have come in synchronism with Laya such people without saying any word become filled with the virtues of Sahajata. One wave came and they became indifferent, another wave came and they are friends again, this is the virtue of child and this is what sahajata is. This very behaviour is that of the Sahaja Yogi too. One who wants to live with intellectualism, The subject of Sahaja Yoga can not be digested by such people. to be continued............
