Guest guest
Due to bad luck we the young ones when reach the feet of Gurudev till then we have lived a big part of our life with intelligence to such an extent that it becomes a part of our sanskaars. Being in such a state its not possible to live with a child like nature, also we can't we live in this cunning world of distrust and deciet. But this doesn't mean that we live the life of an ordinary person of deciet and distrust, and the life of loss and gain. Under such conditions what should be done so that the mind being in the state of Lyabadh, sahaja and child like nature remains in the feet of Gurudev inspite of living midst the world of poison and hatred. As was said in beginning one does't get Lya from outside but originates from deep within himself. Basically every person has three shaktis ( Energy ) within him/her - Aatam Shakti, Prana Shakti and Icchha Shakti. Firstly in most of the people these 3 energies are not awakened and if they are awakenend then there is a lack of mutual balance between these. Lack of this mutual balance makes a person angry, curious ( Vyagra ) , in pain and in tension. Person is not able to understand why does his mind and body (Chitta) are always strained up, why his put in efforts go in vain and in distress two of the things to which person reaches out are Sex and Intoxication, and these make him even more unbalanced. Because their effect is only temporary. To take full control of difficult situations of life is Sadhana. Lya which is there in nature in outer form. This very outer form of Lya has been described as " Anhada " in shastras. To fill our life with this state of " Anahada " is true meaning of Lya Yoga. Mostly Lya Yoga has been the subject of close resemblance with Kundalini Jaagran but this doesn't mean that Lya Yoga has only been the subject of close links with Kundalini Jaagran or that it has a relationship with any specific Chakra. As Kundalini Jaagran (Awakening) has been main subject of Hath Yoga in the same manner Lya Yoga ( which in todays language is being called Sahaja Yoga ) has been the subject of Hath Yogis. The playful and ever free nature of Nath yogis is the factual and true evidence of this. One has established the Lya with nature then for him/her what hurdle can arise and what is there for him to grieve on. Article was followed by a description of Lya Yoga Sadhana which has been the main sadhana of Nath Panth (Path). END OF THE ARTICLE And i am surprised that sadhana requires only a single recitation of mantra. --\ --- panth, path (hindi word) , path (english word). Isn't there some common ground among teh origin of these words. Have thought about it before but remembered again on typing panth in english script.
