Returned some days back from home. And read some hair raising and very

intersting articles will share in due course of time.

 

Yesterday itself i was reading an article (speech) by Pujya Gurudev.

There he said that all the mantraas were made uneffective b4 the beginning

of Kaliyuga. He said that it was done by removing or adding one syllable

or albhabet in the mantraas. So only the Guru can help you know the

correct one.

 

Article said that As such we know that Gayatri Mantra has 24 syllables

but if we count them we will find only 23 in the mantra. Only a Guru

knows the correct one. And there was bit of explanation of how Gayatri

Mantraa burns the sins. Rather it said that in Shaastraas or VEdas one

will find no reference to Gyatri Mantraa. Rather there its known as

Savitaa Mantraa.

 

 

Article basically was trying to highlight the importance of Guru by

illustrating the story of enlightment of " Pushpdant " (One of the Ganas of

Lord Shiva). Puspdant says to Lord Shiva that even after worshipping u

with Milk, Bilava Patra, Flowers (rest i have forgotten) for 75 years i

still haven't found peace or the way to enligthment. Then Lord Shiva

appears before him n says. Since after 75 years u have realised that

something is wrong and you prayed to me with an intention to seek for

solution. That's why i have appeared to help u out. What you have left

out is that you didn't made a Guru. A guru is a medium between you n me.

Just like when you clap but if air is not there then the sound won't reach

the destination. In the same manner Guru is that medium between u n me.

 

 

And the artcle said that only Guru can introduce one to Lord. If lord

comes in the form of a Sadhu in that case u won't be able to recognize

him. How sure u r that Lord has exactly the similar form as u have seen in

pictures. When u have never seen him then how will you recognoize him.

Only Guru can help u in knoowing him. Without him whatever you say won't

reach me and whatever i say won't reach you. Only Guru knows both of us

you and me.
